Our Story
Meet the Owner & Founder TK Nieves
I am a Detroit native but Nashville has stolen my heart. 10 years ago me and my best friend of 20 plus years decided we would pack our bags and move to good ole Tennessee. We had nothing planned but we agreed we would bring our three good friends along the journey and that was Hope, Dream & Faith. That leap of faith has taught me that the only person or thing that can ever stand in your way is you. My family and friends refer to me as the life of the party but the “Food Version”. I am a life long foodie with a deep appreciation for rich flavors and traditional charcuterie which has lead to creating Charkutie!!
